This was very hard, stressful, emotional time for all of us, and you took the "edge" off and your service and compassion in this regard was very much needed and appreciated.

Other people out there refer to the "body" but not you, you refered to our beloved mother as "Mom" and that is what we all needed, and thta comforted us in so many ways.
